PVC Production
Visually, covers are the most important aspect of any structure. Our fitted covers are manufactured to the very highest standards by experienced personnel operating precise, state of the art, high-tech cutting tables and high frequency welding machines ensuring the end product is finished to perfection and built to last. First class manufacturing and the use of only the leading brands of PVC and associated fixings, ensures that all covers from HTS STRUCTURES are manufactured to perfection.
Standard covers are supplied in flame retardant high gloss white PVC material and other colours are available on special request.
TUV Certification
The German TUV (technical inspection authority) network of test laboratories began performing product safety investigations in the 1970's and the GS certification mark became the most well-known. In 1989 several product safety laboratories came together to form the TUV Product Service. Since 1989, TUV Product Service has grown to serve manufacturers around the world with more than 50 locations in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
All HTS STRUCTURES structures are calculated for static values (STABILITY) in accordance with the stringent German DIN codes 4112 and 1055 approved and certified by the TUV.
